The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days of delivery.
As these are food products, we can only accept the return of products that are intact, unopened, unused and with original seals, caps, stoppers, labels and packaging untampered.
For reasons of hygiene, health and food safety, we cannot accept the return of opened or used products, or products with tampered packaging or seals.

Products must be returned within 14 days of the request and the return shipping costs are at your expense.
The refund will be credited to you within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
After submitting the request you will receive an email confirming receipt of your withdrawal, with a summary of the request and instructions for the return.
