The extra virgin olive oil flavored with onion and red pepper offers a unique tasting experience. On the nose, it releases an inviting aroma of fresh onion, rich and enveloping, followed by sweet and slightly spicy notes of red pepper. At the first taste, you perceive a pleasant explosion of taste: the onion gives depth and complexity, while the red pepper adds a lively sweetness and a subtle spiciness that dances on the palate, evoking the sunny fields of the warm seasons.

Onion is a vegetable widely spread throughout the world, cultivated since ancient times. The pepper, on the other hand, has South American origins and is characterized by fleshy berries of various sizes and shapes, with an intense colour. The Luigi Tega oil mill uses a sweet red pepper, which gives the oil its distinctive red colour, as well as a high content of vitamin C, vitamin A, carotenoids and mineral salts. The organic red onions and fresh peppers are carefully selected and immediately processed to preserve their aromatic properties as much as possible. The peppers are co-crushed together with the olives, while the onions are subjected to a delicate natural infusion process. In this way, the delicious vegetables release their aromas and flavors, which are then absorbed by the organic extra virgin olive oil.
