SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES<\/strong>
\nWe deliver directly to the address you indicate when ordering. Goods travel at our risk, and we assume full responsibility until delivery. Deliveries are made via express courier from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national weekends.
\nAfter shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your package in real time. The tracking number can be provided by us or by one of our logistics partners, such as Bracchi Srl.

CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL<\/strong>
\nThe return policy applies to the entire product: it is not possible to return only part of an order.
\nReturn costs are the customer’s responsibility.
\nReturn shipping is the customer’s responsibility until confirmed receipt at our warehouse.
\nIn the event of damage during return shipping, we will notify you within 5 business days of receipt, allowing you to file a complaint with the chosen courier.

DAMAGED OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS<\/strong>
\nIf upon receipt, the oil packaging is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email at info@luigitega.it, attaching photos of the product and packaging.
\nAfter a quick inspection within one business day, we will replace the product with an identical or equivalent item at no additional cost to you. Shipping of the replacement product is at our expense.
\nIf we are unable to replace the product (e.g., out of stock), we will offer you an alternative solution.<\/p>\n

DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS<\/strong>
\nDiscount codes are active and are distributed via email, using your name and personal details. Each code is reserved exclusively for the intended recipient, i.e., the person who received it directly at the email address provided.
\nThe discount code is not assignable, transferable, or shareable with third parties.
