-        Can I have a cost estimate, including transport costs, before deciding on the purchase?

Yes it is possible but to do this you need to register on the site and you can do this from the Home page. After registration, enter the site, enter your username and password from Login in the Private area, select the products and enter the quantities in the cart, at the end just click on Continue and the system automatically processes the "estimate cost" including expenses of transport. From here on you decide whether to make the purchase or not.

 

If you wish to do so, choose the payment condition most congenial to you that you find under the quote and definitively confirm the order, you will automatically receive the data to make the payment. If, on the other hand, you do not want to complete the order at that moment, you can print it or store it in the cart with Save Cart, or with Empty Cart, delete the quote just processed.

 

Shopping cart and orders

 

-        What should I do if I forget my login details?

Just go to the login page and click on recover login data, just below the user authentication form. The system will ask you to enter the e-mail address used during registration in a suitable space. An e-mail with your access data will be sent to you immediately.

 

-        How can I find out the availability of items for sale online?

The items visible on the site and marked with the shopping cart symbol are all available and can be purchased. Unavailable items are immediately deleted from the system.

 

-        Is it possible to cancel an order placed?

Orders sent by users always have a stay of 24 hours before being processed. During this time you will find them in your personal area under the heading “Your orders”. Confirmed orders can be canceled as long as they are not marked with the "fulfilled" status item. In this way you will not be delivered anything and you will not be charged any amount.

 

-        I can't place an order. How can I order?

If you want to place an order but you encounter difficulties, you can still order what you want. Send us a request to our e-mail address with the indication of the items you want to buy (code, article, quantity, preferred form of payment, name and surname, delivery address, telephone number), we will forward the order and to confirm it by e-mail or telephone.

 

 

Right of withdrawal

 

-        Can I withdraw from the purchase?

Our company guarantees the right of withdrawal by respecting the directives of the law for purchases made online. According to Article 52 of the Legislative Decree n. 21 of 21 February 2014, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise this right without entailing any penalty or the need to give any explanation. If you decide to make use of the right of withdrawal you will have to send the goods back to us at your own expense and send an e-mail using the appropriate withdrawal form that you will find on the wiithdrawal page, in your personal area by providing:

o   The code and description of the item for which you have decided to withdraw. We remind you that the information regarding the article and order code are indicated on your personal Orders page, accessible via login.

o   The progressive order number issued at the time of purchase;

o   The personal data (name, surname, address, telephone) of the current account holder on which to credit the sum, the bank account number, the ABI and CAB codes of your bank.

We will make the bank transfer to the account number you provided within 30 days, communicating it via e-mail.

 

-        What are the conditions for exercising the withdrawal?

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase through an explicit declaration (by email to ordini@luigitega.it) or through the appropriate withdrawal form that you will find on the Withdrawal page, in your personal area. Another necessary condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the product and its packaging.

 

-        What costs are excluded from the refund?

The refund concerns the purchase price of the goods, meaning as such the net amount paid for the goods excluding additional costs such as: packaging, labor, transport, cash on delivery fees.

 

-        How is the return shipment made?

After sending the notice of withdrawal, it is necessary to insert the original packaging containing the goods in a special packaging, in order to protect the product and its packaging from any damage or alteration. It is advisable to use a courier or other suitable means for the shipment to allow the traceability of the shipment. The goods will be returned at your own expense (you can make the return through any courier via its website).

 

-        When does the right of withdrawal expire?

The right of withdrawal lapses in its entirety when the "essential condition of integrity of the asset" (packaging and / or its contents) ceases and/or in cases where it is ascertained:

o   the lack of the original external / internal packaging;

o   the absence of integral elements of the product;

o   use of the product such as to make it impossible to restore the pre-existing conditions to the sale;

o   modifications and / or tampering with the product.

The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any case no later than 30 working days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.

 

 

 

Payments

 

-        Which payment methods are accepted?

The following payment methods are allowed:

o   Wire transfer. The data for making the transfer to our company will be provided by the system during the purchase order confirmation phase.

o   Credit card. The data for making the payment in favor of our company will be provided by the system during the purchase order confirmation phase.

o   PayPal paying by credit card upon completion of the order.

o   Cash on delivery. It is possible to pay in cash upon receipt of the goods, directly to the Courier in charge of making the delivery. Cash on delivery involves an increase in costs due to the "collection and delivery on delivery" service by the courier. (only for Italy)

 

-        Are credit card purchases safe?

We have addressed the problem of transaction security by relying on PayPal which uses a particular secure communication protocol for the transmission of bank data. SSL is the Secure Socket Layer protocol, it allows you to communicate in a mode designed to avoid the interception, modification or falsification of messages. In this way, the absolute confidentiality of the data is guaranteed and the establishment of a secure, encrypted, exclusive channel between the customer's computer and the bank's information system. Therefore, the data relating to the credit card are processed exclusively by PayPal for the checks necessary to authorize the online payment. PayPal through the use of specific software is also able to detect anomalous transactions. If you notice suspicious transactions, contact the cardholder and make sure that the transaction actually took place.

 

-        How much are the shipping costs?

The variables involved in the determination of shipping costs are different. Costs change according to the destination area of ​​the goods (Italy, EU and non-EU), the weight and volume of the package. All express deliveries, regardless of the type of goods ordered, cause an increase in shipping costs. Given the complexity of costing, we omit a detailed explanation. In any case, the calculation of the actual shipping costs will always be made automatically and made known before the final confirmation of the purchase.

 

-        Is it possible to be contacted by the Courier before delivery or to establish the time?

Unfortunately the Couriers do not allow you to establish a time, deliveries are as follows: from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 14:00. It is possible that, depending on the courier chosen by us, the latter will contact you to notify you of the imminent delivery.

 

-        What happens if there is no one home?

If the courier in charge of delivering the goods at home does not find anyone at home, the address at which to collect it is left (starting from the day following the attempted delivery).

 

 

 

Replacement of damaged products

 

-        What happens if an item purchased on the site is delivered damaged?

Our company guarantees the quality and integrity of the items sent but in the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it or, if the replacement is not available, refund you the total amount. It will be sufficient to return the goods and send us an e-mail from the appropriate form that you will find on the Replacement page, in your personal area by providing:

o   The code of the item to be replaced;

o   The progressive order number issued at the time of purchase;

o   The reason for the replacement;

o   Your phone number.

The costs related to the new shipment of the replacement product are entirely borne by our company.

 

 

Missing products

 

-        What happens if an item purchased on the site is missing from the shipment?

We work to guarantee the customer the best possible service but receiving daily orders at certain times an error can happen. If a product is missing, we will immediately send it back to you or, if the product is no longer available, refund you the amount of the missing product(s). It will be sufficient to mention the missing product(s) by sending us an e-mail to the email address ordini@luigitega.it indicating:

o   The missing article code;

o   The progressive order number issued at the time of purchase;

o   Your phone number.

o   Description of what happened once the confusion was opened

The costs related to the new shipment of the replacement product are entirely borne by our company.

 

 

Wrong products

 

-        What happens if an item purchased on the site is different from the desired one?

We work to guarantee the customer the best possible service but receiving daily orders at certain times an error can happen. To resolve the issue, it will be sufficient to mention the missing product (s) by sending us an e-mail to the email address ordini@luigitega.it indicating:

o   The missing article code;

o   The progressive order number issued at the time of purchase;

o   Your phone number.

o   1 or more photos of what you received in error

Once the email arrives, you will be answered as soon as possible. The resolution will obviously be our responsibility.
